CALGARY — Calgary may be considered a meat-and-potatoes town, but one of the city’s top caterers is hoping to change that with the launch of Tiffin For You — a takeout concept that helped revive a flagging business on Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares.
GreatEvents Group and Office Gourmet Catering introduced the operation this week, giving businesses the chance to order traditional Indian Tiffin Boxes with a fun, contemporary twist. "We are very excited to bring this unique, traditional and environmentally friendly concept to the Calgary market," says Ulrich Kuenz, president of GreatEvents Group. "At the heart of our menu offering is the finest ingredients in an array of both classic and adventuresome dishes that showcase our creativity and commitment to the highest levels of quality."

Farrell told the Calgary Herald’s Paula Arab that she’s pitching an idea for a temporary location, asking planners to create a plan on an interim basis that could develop into part of the West Village’s permanent development. "Pick a spot. What could be more perfect than an actual urban farmers' market," she told Arab.
