LONDON — Celebrity chef duo Heston Blumenthal and Simon Hulstone have created British Airways’ new in-flight Olympic menu, which will be available on long flights from London Heathrow, just in time for the summer Olympics, which run from July 27 to Aug. 12.

ROME — Food prices have risen for the second time in two months, due to bad weather in major exporting countries, according to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations’ (FAO) quarterly “Crop Prospects and Food Situation” report.

OAK BROOK, Ill — The first of seven new high-design McDonald’s restaurants is being tested in Villefranche-de-Lauragais, France, with six prototype locations in development, according to Fast Company.

Conceived by Paris-based designer Patrick Norguet, the new look is expected to re-establish the fast-food giant as a French family restaurant. “A mother can settle with her offspring at a table, order from a nearby terminal and wait for the meals to be brought to the table,” reads a description of the design in a company press release.
