TORONTO  – WWRD Canada, Inc. has become the exclusive Canadian distributor of buffet, induction and cookware products for professional chefs produced by Naperville, Ill.-based Spring U.S.A.

Tony Volpe, senior vice-president of WWRD’s North America Hospitality Division, said: “We are excited to be adding another proven superior quality product to the Waterford Wedgewood Royal Doulton range.”

WWRD Canada is a subsidiary of the newly reorganized WWRD Holdings Limited, London, England, formed by New York City-based KPS Capital Partners LP after it acquired certain assets of  Plc (together with all subsidiaries, including Waterford Wedgewood, Royal Doulton, Royal Albert, Minton and Johnson Brothers). Pierre de Villemejane is the CEO of WWRD Holdings. WWRD Canada is also the distributor of Churchill China and Stolzle Stem & Barware.
