|Chef Tom McHugh Heading to Splendido|

TORONTO — According to a story on Toronto.com, Tom McHugh is leaving his sous-chef role at Stock, inside the Trump International Hotel and Tower Toronto, and has accepted the position of chef de cuisine at Splendido restaurant on Harbord St. The online story says McHugh will fill the position left vacant following the departure of Patrick Kriss, who is moving to Acadia.
According to the chef and restaurant database, Chef McHugh started with Stock restaurant in 2011. His career includes progressive kitchen positions in several professional kitchens, most notably chef de partie roles in London, England.
