OTTAWA — Savour Ottawa is celebrating the capital city’s bountiful harvest and culinary talent with a five-course, lunch prepared by Ottawa-area chefs on Aug. 19. Each chef will create a dish using seasonal ingredients provided by the community’s farmers. Savour Ottawa, an Ottawa Tourism initiative, develops and promotes the Ottawa region as a premier culinary destination, by offering locals and visitors the opportunity to experience local food.
