MONTREAL — Trade online registration for SIAL Canada and SET Canada is now open, with 95 per cent of the exhibitor space — some 600 booths — already sold. The expo, which “showcases the North American agri-food business,” will feature a number of sections and events, including a trends-and-innovations showcase, an olive oil contest called Olive d’Or, a Coffee Cup competition and a corporate chef contest called La Cuisine. La Cuisine, will offer visitors a new VIP package, which includes access to SIAL Canada and SET Canada and VIP space at La Cuisine.
