TORONTO — The Toronto culinary community is atwitter with news that Galen Weston snubbed farmers at the Canadian Food Summit held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, yesterday, Feb. 7. According to the Toronto Star, the executive chairman of Loblaw Cos.
