Popular Halifax Pizza Joint to Open in Moncton PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 25 May 2010 12:20

alexandraspizza2MONCTON, N.B. — Alexandra’s Pizza opened in Halifax in 1991, and its ovens have been busy ever since, with the restaurant quickly becoming one of the city’s most popular pizza haunts. Owner Dimitri Neonakis, who opened the first Alexandra's Pizza on Queen St. in Halifax almost 20 years ago, expanded his operations to five Nova Scotia-based chains, but this marks the first time that he’s taking his concept out of province. The new Moncton location is slotted for 827 Main St., and it is expected to open sometime this week.
